Measurement Units Change in Microsoft Word 

1. Open Microsoft Word

2. Open file Menu in ms word

3. Click on Options

Word Options Menu will appear on the screen.

4. Open Advanced Settings in word Options Menu

5. Scroll down and find Display settings in the menu of advanced 

6. Next step you see the number 2 measurement units in inches.

     if you change measurement units so click on the top-down menu all measurement units will appear and you select your desired measurement unit and click on ok.
